On the site of the former car park to the Varity House building on Vicarage Farm Road, GKL designed and built 11 light industrial/business units of between 595 sq ft and 670 sq ft.
Each unit was of steel portal frame construction, with insulated cladding and glazing to front elevations giving a sleek and modern finish.
The external yard was of tarmac and block paved construction with a new S278 junction onto Vicarage Farm Road.
The project was completed in 9 months and we were that pleased with the finished outcome that we decided to move our offices here.
