With over 60 years of combined experience both Eamonn and James take a very hands-on approach to all their developments. From the initial designs, through to planning, construction, and interior design they stamp their own identity on all the schemes that they do.

Eamonn has a keen interest in renewable technology and innovative methods of construction whilst James has a very keen eye for design, detail, and finish. Collectively this ensures that you will get a product that wherever possible uses the latest technology along with a bespoke design and finish.
