Winsor Crescent

Winsor Crescent is a private estate road constructed to adoptable standards to serve 13 self build housing plots within Hampton Vale West, Peterborough.

Material specifications and finishes were of the highest quality utilising natural granite kerbs and paving, bespoke fencing and individual bin stores with red cedar cladding and sedum green roofs.

Foul and surface water drainage infrastructure was provided to service the 13 individual plots along with all necessary provisions for services and utilities.
