It's all starting to take shape this Spring with our current projects:

We have lift off at our St Judes Court project in Whittlesey, with the timber frame erection for phase one starting to give us the shape of the building and a layout for the internal spaces. This timber frame will continue straight on to the second phase shortly after Easter when the roofers will come in for the first phase. Watch this space!

Over at Tear Drop Lake, the clay is being stabilisedprior to being modified, ready for tarmacking. This will form some of the 500m long footpath / cycleway around the lake as part of the open spaces works at Hampton Waters for O&H Hampton. This lake will create an amazing outdoor area for the whole community including, with it's new boat ramp,  the Peterborough Sea Cadets who will use it for their training exercises. This is a project we're all so proud to be a part of!

And finally, down in sunny Litlington where we're constructing a new warehouse with office space for Absolute Audio Visual Solutions Ltd, this week has seen progress being made externally with block paving, concreting and tarmacking to the car parks and service yard areas, and internally, our mechanical and electrical sub-contractors are well underway with their first fix stages. Next week will see some more tarmacking, kerbing and a splash of interal decorating. It's always nice to see a happy client!
