On Thursday 13th October 2016 GKL Group were delighted to celebrate the grand unveiling of the stunning new Penthouse at 31 Cathedral View in Peterborough. The unique apartment is situated in the heart of Peterborough City Centre, offering bespoke luxury living at the very heart of the vibrant city.

The beautifully designed details and individual space with unrivalled panoramic views of the city centre and iconic Cathedral were very well received during the event, with guests praising the modern look and feel. GKL Group would like to thank local artist John Pendred, for providing a beautiful piece of contemporary, abstract artwork for the penthouse.  Commissioned by James Brackenbury from GKL Group to display for the grand opening of the apartment, the abstract impression offered an eye catching flash of colour to the simple, modern interior design of the space and was admired by numerous guests who attended the launch. James went onto say “We had a very clear vision of what we wanted to achieve for 31 Cathedral View and I have to say we have been delighted with the result and feedback that we received on the launch. The apartment has a wonderful roof terrace that allows for complete privacy and stunning views of the Cathedral, especially when illuminated at night and we have finished the terrace in such a way that it can be used all year around.  The interior of the apartment is as individual as the views with many bespoke features and we feel that it brings the wow factor to central Peterborough living.
