GKL are actively seeking new sites or buildings with or without residential planning consent.

Sites would need to be a minimum of 1 acre with office/commercial space for residential conversion to be in excess of 10,000 sqft.

We will also consider joint venture options with existing land owners and/or developers.

Ideally sites to be within a 60 mile radius of Peterborough with a focus on Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon and locations along the A1M and East Coast Mainline corridors.
