Hempsted

The Hempsted Infrastructure project involved the demolition, remediation and earthworks of the former brickwork site, followed by the construction of the primary infrastructure and road network for a 700 unit mixed use development. The first phase was the demolition of the remaining abandoned buildings and the removal of all abandoned foundations. 

The existing site was re-contoured to provide the correct development platform for the infrastructure and individual land parcels. The construction phase involved the installation of all foul and stormwater drainage infrastructure.
