Through all our sectors our aim is a simple one – do whatever we can to address the nation’s housing deficit.

Our civil engineering department cover three distinct areas;

• Enabling works – small scale demolition, site preparation and enabling works, large scale earthworks

• Civil engineering – including s278 and s38 highway works, estate road construction, reinforced concrete structures, foul and storm water drainage, and the creation of public open spaces

• Groundworks for both residential and commercial schemes

We are happy to work on schemes of all values ranging from £25,000 to £5,000,000. In our eyes it is not the size of the project that is important but the client for which we are working.

We are happy to work in any form of contractual relationship, from traditional contracts to design and build schemes, however we believe that we offer the best value to our clients when we work in a true partnership arrangement.

If possible, we welcome involvement at an early stage of the project and often take on full turnkey design and build schemes collaborating with the client to understand the issues and requirements, taking the lead with the design, and obtaining planning permission (if required) through to full delivery of the project.
