Eamonn formed GKL Northern Ltd in 1999, after spending 20 years working with his family business, George Killoughery Ltd. With over 35 years’ experience in the building and civil engineering industry, Eamonn is often at the forefront of innovative processes and operations in areas such as new construction methods and renewable energy.

Eamonn is deeply committed to GKL Group’s core values of ‘Passion, Process, Value’, and he ensures they are passed on to all employees, as well as forming the foundations of client and customer relationships. Working closely alongside James, Eamonn’s key focus is steering the company forward whilst maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships. Eamonn likes to challenge the norm and pushes clients, employees, consultants and suppliers to think differently – ‘just because we have always done something one way doesn’t mean that we always have to!’

When not at the helm of GKL Group, Eamonn spends time with his family and is a keen sportsman and horticulturalist.
